- Once a plan is activated, no refund will be issued under any circumstances
Exceptions (Only Case Allowed)
Refunds will ONLY be processed in the following case:
- Duplicate or double payment made accidentally
In such cases:
- Users must contact support within 3 days
- Valid payment proof is required
- Refund will be processed after verification
Important Notes
- Not satisfied / change of mind → ❌ No refund
- Partial usage → ❌ No refund
- Account suspension due to policy violation → ❌ No refund
